Return Policy Overview

Eligibility: You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product has a manufacturing defect.

Condition of Products: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags intact to be eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

International Exchange: Customers requesting an international exchange will bear a delivery fee of AED 100 and a return fee of AED 100.

Return Shipping Details

Within the UAE:

First return is free of charge.

From the second return onward, a return fee of AED 30 will apply.

International Deliveries:

Saudi Arabia & Oman: Return shipping fee – AED 100

Kuwait: Return shipping fee – AED 150

Bahrain, Qatar & Other International Destinations: Return shipping fee – AED 200

Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned items, our team will inspect them thoroughly within 2-3 working days.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
The credit typically appears in your account within 7-14 working days, depend on your bank’s processing time.

Important Note

If our inspection reveals that the returned item has been damaged due to misuse, the exchange will not be approved, and the item will be returned to the customer.
