RETURN POLICY

  • Our return policy allows you to initiate a return for your purchase within 2-7 days from the date of purchase. This policy is applicable in case the products do not meet your expectations or show signs of a manufacturing flaw after being received.
  • For the return to be successful, the products being returned must be in the same condition as when they were received and must be in their original box or packaging.
  • We are delighted to offer free return shipping to our valued clients in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Our team will ensure that a dependable courier picks up the returned products at a time that is convenient for you. 
  • In other countries, return fees are the same as delivery fees. In Arab countries, it charges 100 AED except for Qatar, where it charges 200 AED. For international shipping, it charges 200 AED as well. For more information, read the delivery policy.
  • Once we receive the items you have returned, we will begin the refund process. Our team will carefully examine the items within 2-3 working days to ensure that everything is in order. After that, we will initiate the refund on your credit card or the original payment method you used. Please keep in mind that the time it takes for the credit to appear in your account will vary depending on your bank's processing schedule, but it is typically between 7 and 14 working days.
  • Note: It is important to note that if our team of experts determines that the product has been damaged as a result of misuse, the return process will not be approved.
